Fall Running Flurries (Grades K-5)

September 23 @ 3:15 pm - 4:45 pm

Grades K-5 only; no athletic physical required.
The team will meet at the school before practice and walk to Ford Frick together with the Coach.  
Please be prepared with weather appropriate clothing, sneakers, and water bottles.
